Job Description

Position Summary

The Business Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business ensuring that the organization is managed smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a wide range of activities including decision-making managing and allocating resources setting strategic goals and implementing operational policies.

What will your job entail

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Develop operational policies and procedures to improve overall business performance.
Manage and allocate resources such as personnel and budget to meet operational needs.
Monitor operational performance and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational alignment with business strategy.
Implement operational best practices and standards for operational excellence.
Manage operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead coach and develop a high-performing operations team.
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.

Work Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration with 5 years of related experience; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Operations Manager (COM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $68000.00 - $85000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
