Job Description

Were looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our expanding team in Camarillo CA This hybrid role blends clinical leadership with hands-on support and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ABA care in the region.


Position Details

  • Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)

  • Location: Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person: Camarillo CA

  • Salary: $80000 - $95000/year (depending on experience)

What Youll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and best practices


Qualifications

  • Education: Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required)

  • Experience: 2 years developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders

  • Skills: Strong leadership time management and communication abilities

  • Preferred Traits: Passion for innovation mentorship and delivering impactful care
