Were looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our expanding team in Camarillo CA This hybrid role blends clinical leadership with hands-on support and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ABA care in the region.
Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)
Location: Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person: Camarillo CA
Salary: $80000 - $95000/year (depending on experience)

Ongoing Peer Engagement & Community Support
Access to clinical mentors and supervisor collaboration
Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery
Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and best practices
Education: Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required)
Experience: 2 years developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
Skills: Strong leadership time management and communication abilities
Preferred Traits: Passion for innovation mentorship and delivering impactful care
