Job Description
Custodians needed (Veterans and individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply)
Salary: $17.20 per hour
Paid Health Dental Vision and Life Insurance
Paid Time Off-Vacation Sick and Federal Holidays
Work Schedule: Weekdays 8 am - 12 pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains the interior and exterior of the facility in compliance with our image and safety standards.
- Clean interior offices classrooms break areas and lobby.
- Dust vacuum mop empty trash and clean windows and tables.
- Cleans and stocks restrooms.
- Performs custodial work utilizing sound safety practices (i.e. lifting use of equipment floor signs etc.) and reports accidents to the team leader.
- Transports trash to the compactor.
- Inspect the exterior of premises keep sidewalks swept and blown of debris grounds and parking lot clear.
- Monitors vendor services landscape maintenance window service pest control and property sweep.
- Maintains the custodial checklist.
- Inventories custodial supplies and equipment. Notifies the TLC when needed to reorder.
- Reports damaged or non-working equipment to the team leader in a timely manner.
- Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our Guiding Principles:
- Comply with all safety rules standards and regulations.
Requirements
- A qualifying documented disability
- Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
- A willingness to learn on the job.
- A desire to build work skills - previous work experience is not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to move bend stoop reach and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to turn from side to side.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
