Reporting to the Program Coordinator provides administrative support to the Youth and Family Addictions Services Regional Manager Program Coordinator and Staff by performing a variety of general clerical duties such as: Typing and formatting a variety of documents and maintaining client records relating to admission discharge and transfers; creating and maintaining databases processing and monitoring expenditures providing site-specific receptionist services including answering general inquiries greeting clients and maintaining an appointment log.
High school graduation Diploma in Office Administration and one year recent related experience including timekeeping or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding timekeeping as per applicable union contract.
