Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including HR administration onboarding and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR and timekeeping systems
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
