Youll support hiring onboarding employee development benefits and day-to-day HR operations working alongside a team thats passionate about making NineStar a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment process and onboarding experience
Assist in administering employee benefits and wellness programs
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support
Provide support on employee relations matters including investigations and policy guidance
Partner with leadership on training engagement and performance processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
23 years of HR experience in a generalist coordinator or support role; 47 years preferred
HR certifications (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP or PHR) are a plus
