Job Description
We are seeking a proactive business-minded Operations Manager to oversee operations at an automotive paint facility as part of our Total Booth Management (TBM) program. This position is based in Arlington TX and we serve clients such as General Motors Ford Stellantis FoxConn and others.
Youll be the key point of contact for customer communication scheduling validation financial tracking and subcontractor coordination. With safety at the core of our work youll also help ensure compliance and performance excellence in a unionized workforce environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and ensure consistent communication with plant personnel and corporate stakeholders
- Use internal scheduling validation and financial tracking tools to monitor performance
- Oversee day-to-day TBM operations in partnership with onsite teams
- Coordinate with UAW labor internal operations managers and temporary workforce staff
- Manage relationships and performance of subcontractors
- Promote and enforce rigorous safety and quality standards
- Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of business or operations experience ideally in a client-facing entrepreneurial or project management role
- Previous experience managing a business or team is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred but not required
- Willingness to be trained in Total Paint Booth Management (TBM) processes
- Experience working with unionized labor or large facilities is a plus
