We are looking for a vibrant experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to lead the team atSix Physio Borough.
As an applicant you need to have good organisational skills turn up to work with a smile & plenty of conversation and use your initiative. Were an upbeat team with very happy patients... which in itself speaks volumes.
Job description:
- As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person youare personally responsible for providing a 1stClass Customer Service to our patients.
- Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
- You will support the Clinic Director in maintaining the clinic and meeting targets.
Salary:
- 27500 discretionary 2000 bonus
Experience:
- Front of House experience preferred
- An understanding of ITsystems
- Training will beprovided over 2 weeks
This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days with a rota that goes out the week before showing where you will be working. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
