Complaints Lab Coordinator
In this role you
This position is responsible for coordinating and setting priorities across multiple geographic locations the failure analysis activities on returned products related to reported complaints on Philips Oral Health Care products. You are responsible for developing and maintaining advanced quality control processes to ensure products meet stringent standards and regulatory requirements throughout production.
Your role:
Coordinates and sets device failure analysis priorities across multiple geolocations.
Develops implements and maintains processes and procedures for complaint product return and
analysis.
Executes receiving disinfecting and device failure analysis on returned products.
Conducts root cause analysis and problem-solving to address product and process issues ensuring compliance and optimal performance and possesses basic understanding of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) applicable regulations requirements and standards.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role in-person 5 days per week.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell WA is $60000 to $104000 Annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
