Role Summary:
The Data Analytics Reporting Specialist is pivotal in turning data into actionable insights through the development and maintenance of sophisticated reports and dashboards. In this role you will utilize tools such as Power BI and Tableau to design visualizations that effectively communicate data trends and support strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills will drive the interpretation of complex data sets ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Report and Dashboard Development:
- Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Ensure reports meet business requirements and provide valuable insights.
2. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Interpret data findings and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and support to users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
4. Data Accuracy and Consistency:
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and address discrepancies.
