Role accountabilities:
- Analyze and respond to incoming procurement documents (RFQs RFPs EOIs SOQs etc.) ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with pursuit leads technical professionals and design/communications teams to develop high-quality proposal responses.
- Develop detailed proposal schedules manage internal deadlines and serve as the main point of contact throughout the submission process.
- Lead the collection curation and organization of proposal content including project narratives resumes and other collateral.
- Support the writing and editing of non-technical content to ensure proposals are persuasive accurate and aligned with Arcadis messaging and tone.
- Uphold brand and editorial standards ensuring consistency clarity and professionalism across all proposal documents.
- Maintain CRM systems and pursuit data to enable continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Complete final submission logistics close-out processes and ongoing content refinement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a proposal or marketing role within the architecture engineering or construction (AEC) industry.
- A post-secondary degree in Marketing Communications English or a related discipline (asset).
- Experience with proposal or technical writing is an asset.
- Strong understanding of RFP requirements and the ability to tailor content accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator) is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and content management tools.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when needed to meet deadlines.
