Your role:
Were on the hunt for a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to join the passionate Cabots sales team. In this exciting role youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across the entire Southern region of South Australia. Youll have the autonomy to execute strategic account plans build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while achieving key business objectives.
This autonomous on-the-road role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and brings a high level of energy trust and communication. Youll spend most of your time visiting customers influencing buying decisions identifying new business opportunities and developing growth plans. Daily tasks include staff training merchandising managing sales budgets and meeting KPIsall with safety as a top priority. The role offers plenty of variety challenge and ongoing skill development backed by the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong safety culture and lead by example across all working environments.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve targets in sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and grow a loyal customer base through needs-based selling and exceptional service.
Build strong internal and external relationships while managing and executing call plans aligned with sales strategy.
Provide technical support and guidance on Woodcare and Dulux decorative products.

Skills & Experience
Demonstrated sales experience preferably within the building products or home restoration industries.
Highly consultative with a proven ability to close deals and upsell.
Strong communication relationship-building and influencing skills.
Intermediate Excel and computer literacy; experience with CRMs is a plus
Self-motivated autonomous and thrives in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
