Job Description
American Home Design is looking for an experienced and quality Home Improvement Service Tech
Our Home Improvement Service Technician conducts basic warranty work and repairs on homes. The main duties include repairing windows/doors including replacement of sashes plus minor plumbing repairs related to shower or bath installations to ensure proper working conditions. General cleaning carpentry and other related maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall are also common duties performed.
Skills include:
- Ability to use common power and hand tools
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Good time management.
Full-time- Hours: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and occasional Saturdays.
Our office is located in Goodlettsville TN 15 minutes north of Nashville.
