JOB DUTIES:
Lead sales of Eves products and services in the Americas region to meet and exceed company targets. Oversee sales engineering team and other diverse teams directly or situationally with a wide array of talent and responsibilities. Negotiate Letters of Intent and firm purchase agreements for Eves eVTOL aircraft urban traffic management (Vector) and services and support product lines. Manage Eves industry leading backlog of Letters of Intent targeting healthy sales funnel progression towards binding purchase agreements. Maintain great relationship and rapport with customers at executive level (C-level) to ensure transparent and effective communication between Eve and its customers. Define clearly communicate and implement sales strategy for the region across the organization. Secure partnerships throughout the UAM value chain to accelerate sales inform product decisions and support future company operations. Project manage key customers and stakeholders in order to ensure ecosystem readiness and early adoption of Urban Air Mobility. Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction safety quality and team members performance. Foster easy and transparent communication to stakeholders regarding project/processes issues and decisions. Drive decisions about the project/process by presenting different scenarios with technical and commercial viability working together with Programs and Engineering to establish market requirements. Represent the company externally reinforcing Eves brand globally whenever possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronic Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or relation occupations. Experience must include Aircraft sales across multiple aerospace customer segments (commercial airlines business jet operators helicopter operators aircraft lessors and drone operators); Managing several large customer accounts (15) at different stages of the sales funnel; Speaking with prospective customers at trade shows Leading business relationships with customers at executive level (C-level); Negotiating Aircraft Letters of Intent (LOIs) Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) Sales Proposals and Purchase Agreements; Analyzing and responding to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Know Your Customer Reports (KYCs) Requests for Information (RFIs) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Pre-Delivery Payment Financing (PDPs) Product Support Agreements (PSAs); Evaluating aerospace sales metrics Cost per Available Seat Mile (CASM) Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM) Yield Price Elasticity Curves and Direct Maintenance Cost (DMC); Analyzing aerospace contractual terms and guarantees including Residual Value Guarantee (RVG) Direct Maintenance Cost Guarantee DMCG Most Favored Customer (MFC) First Loss Deficiency Guarantee (FLDG) and Backstop financing; ATA-100 aircraft systems and components; FAA and ANAC regulations. Experience can be concurrent. This position requires limited domestic and international travel to trade shows and customer sites in the Americas as needed.
SALARY: $180000.00 to $200000.00/ per year
HOURS: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 40 hours/week
