Our Shipping and Warehouse Teams are quality-driven flexible teams that work cohesively toward a common goal foster a positive working atmosphere and support one another to combine individual strengths and enhance overall team performance.

Job Title:Shipping & Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY
Supervise all and Shipping and Warehouse personnel and functions to ensure accuracy of internal work orders and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory levels across both departments. This is a working supervisory position where most of the Supervisors day will be spent in each area working alongside the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the Shipping and Warehouse Departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest commissions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
