What Youll Do:

• Create purchase requisitions and provide supporting documentation to the buyers.
• Facilitate requisition approvals track estimated delivery times and monitor for vendor delays
• Sort label stock and record all inventory in ERP system
• Organize inventory for optimal space utilization
• Maintain real-time inventory records and coordinate material reorders
• Support internal inventory audits
• Track and document all transfers and movement of inventory.
• Update Bill of Materials for assemblies create and close Manufacturing Orders and record materials usage in ERP system.
• Prepare kits and deliver to production teams
• Preliminary quality inspection on inventory parts

What You Need:

• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in algebra-level analysis to identify and minimize errors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfort with technical and scientific terminology
• Ability to learn software programs such as Costpoint Cognos and Smartsheet
• Associates degree and minimum 2 years of experience in material tracking creating purchase requisitions or similar tasks.
• U.S. Citizenship due to access restrictions
