Job Description
Now Hiring in Selma and Fowler. Must be willing to work Monday through Friday.
- Must have Steel-Toe Boots
- Working Outdoors
- Shift will be Monday-Friday weekends as needed
Responsibilities
i. The manager will oversee the operations of unloading railcars of product into barns or trucks depending on what the customer prefers using equipment supplied by the company.
Job Description
i. Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
ii. Load and unload product from railcars using heavy or light-duty machinery.
iii. Assist with recording and maintenance repairs of facility equipment as directed.
iv. Monitor and maintain quality of inventory
v. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies procedures and regulations. Identify and communicated workplace hazards.
vi. Follow all company policies procedures and safety requirements.
vii. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping shoveling scraping and cleaning up spills.
viii. Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service.
Qualifications
i. Operations experience preferred
ii. Ability to work extended hours and weekends when unloading unit trains to meet demands
iii. Ability to operate machinery such as loaders conveyors and tractors.
iv. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
v. Able to work in a dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures
vi. Able to climb railcars ladders and stairs.
