Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes with precision and safety on construction sites throughout western Canada.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks on active construction sites as needed.
- Adhere to Surespans high standards for safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years operating cranes with a red seal crane ticket.
- Safety Record: Demonstrated history of safe work practices.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel to various construction sites across western Canada on a 21-day on 7-day off shift rotation.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist in other areas when needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pile driving with a drop hammer is a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with our crane fleet which includes Lattice Boom Cranes (110T 160T 300T) and Lattice Friction Truck Cranes (45T 55T 65T).
Additional Information:
- Remote Locations: Continued employment requires readiness to travel to remote construction sites across British Columbia and other parts of Canada.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Unfortunately international candidates cannot be considered for this role.
