Location: Didsbury Based in the heart of our Belong Morris Feinmann Village
Are you ready to take the lead in an established values-driven service
Belong at Home Didsbury is proud to offer high-quality person-centred support from the welcoming setting of our Belong Morris Feinmann Village. As a well-established part of the local community were known for delivering care from the heart and now were looking for a Team Leader to help us take the service to the next level.

Were Looking For Someone Who:
Is a natural leader mentor and motivator
Thrives on positive change innovation and team development
Champions person-centred support that reflects dignity and individuality
Builds strong relationships with customers colleagues and the wider community
Has experience in care team leadership and values-led service delivery
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
Is qualified to level 4 (in a Health and Social Care related subject)
In This Role You Will:
- Lead and support a high-performing home care team
- Be a visible role model and culture-setter in the Belong Morris Feinmann community
- Mentor new colleagues and nurture their development
- Ensure high standards of care safety and wellbeing for our customers
- Bring passion purpose and positivity to each day and inspire others to do the same
