Job Description

Use Your Power for Purpose

In this role you will manage the Supply Chain Systems team responsible for SAP compliance material enrollments supplier relations and inventory management. You will have multiple individual contributors as direct reports as well as a people leader overseeing the Supply Chain compliance team.

You will act as technical / functional expert providing leadership and direction to direct reports and other teams across own and related disciplines.

You will also Identify process improvements and develop innovative advanced new concepts that improve the work processes across own and related disciplines

What You Will Achieve

In this role you will:

  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Strategy and Digital functions to integrate new technologies and systems that enhance supply chain operations.
  • Manage support functions within the site supply chain organization; including ERP change controls compliance documentation supplier relations and material enrollments.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to maintain a reliable supply chain.
  • Augment and sustain programs for NPI material readiness and material enrollments.
  • Modernize SAP tools reporting and implementation to better serve the customer.
  • Streamline procedures / documentation to improve efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • BA/BS with 6 years of experience
  • MBA/MS with 5 years of experience
  • PhD/JD with 1 year of experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience with driving change across multiple organizations while exhibiting regulatory knowledge and awareness technical competence sound judgment and a professional demeanor.
  • Robust knowledge and experience in project management data analysis business analysis and information integration.
  • Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

Ability to perform mathematical calculations and ability to perform complex data analysis

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Position supports 24/7 operations. Possibility of some travel and weekend work as needed.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135100.00 to $225100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
