Job Title: Recruiter
Job Location: Bucharest Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer support in ensuring timeliness compliance and accuracy of the recruitment process;
- Support to define Huaweis recruitment strategy and develop necessary recruitment tools and documentation;
- Support the correct complete and timely implementation of Huaweis recruitment policy;
- Manage candidate applications according to Huawei policy and supports reviews;
- Support business managers in delivering recruitment interviews;
- Ensure GDPR compliance through all steps of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Psychology HR or related field;
- 1-2 years experience in HR/Recruitment area;
- Proficiency in English language (speaking reading writing); Chinese would be an advantage;
- Good communication coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility are expected especially in a multicultural environment;
- Able to manage pressure results oriented love to challenge yourself and willing to cooperate with other team members to achieve great results.
