Job Title:PV Solution Sales Manager for Baltics
Job Location: Riga Latvia
Main Responsibilities:
Market analysis and suggest the sales strategy/product roadmap in Baltic
(Lithuania Latvia Estonia)
Product planning analyze the technical demand/product function/license ofBaltic market and development trend of solar inverter and energy storage marketin Baltic
Analysis of the competitors strategy/operation in Baltic
Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensurethe leading edge
Technical sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV and Energy Storage Solutions
Support to project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation
Lead good understanding of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions and Leadpromotion of Huawei Solution for Large PV Plants by removing technical barriersand technical misunderstanding
Supporting the Account Managers in articulating the business and technical valueof Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solutions to our Customers technical decisionmakers
Support the local eco-system e.g. distributors and partners
Support important customer workshops as a solution expert
Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience in solar PV industry;
Fluent in English and at least one type of Baltic language is a must
Possibility of work in Latvia and legal employment in the EU country without theneed for a work permit.
Bachelors degree or above majoring in power electronics automation energystorage etc.
More than 2 years for Solution/Technical Sales to directly take care of customersand projects
Has successful and rich experience to deal with complex organizations andprojects with good system and product understanding
Have very strong technology understanding of solar inverter products and PVsystems
Good communication skills teamwork spirit; able to work under pressure good nexecutor good learning ability
Have good analytical and planning skills
Ability to travel up to 60% within Baltics countries.
AC/DC Power Conversion and Control experience
Knowledge of mechanical principles electronics and AC/DC power distribution
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits
Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics andmechanical drawings
Motivated and have the ability to work across an international and multi-culturalteam
Be comfortable in a target driven environment
Like cross culture working environment
