Were looking for a confident and collaborative finance professional to join our high-performing team during a pivotal phase of transformation.
What youll be doing:
- Be the central orchestrator of all global external statutory reporting coordinating across international teams and stakeholders.
- Act as the key liaison with RSM and other external advisors on year-end accounts audit and tax matters.
- Drive global compliance across subsidiaries and maintain strong partnerships with RSM offices around the world.
- Support the group-wide IFRS conversion helping translate technical work into clean accurate financials.
- Future-proof our reporting structure to support due diligence and lay the groundwork for a PE exit in 35 years.
- Get involved in broader areas of finance based on your capacity and appetite to grow.
What youll bring:
- Someone who thrives on structure can spin multiple plates and communicates clearly across senior stakeholder levels.
- An organised agile thinker with a proactive can-do mindset.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounts preparation and corporation tax.
