Your Mission: Shape seamless experiences across Europe

As part of our Customer Success team youll handle multi-channel support (calls emails chat) and become a go-to expert for our network of sellers. Whether its resolving delivery issues or navigating post-order complexities like returns or refundsyoull be the bridge between fast resolution and long-term satisfaction.

This is your chance to grow in an international environment while making a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of millions.

Tasks

  • Deliver prompt friendly support across inbound channels: phone email and live chat
  • Manage and resolve incidents proactively following cases until full resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and resolve cross-functional issues
  • Support sellers with pre- and post-order operations (returns replacements refunds)
  • Troubleshoot product catalogue issues and advocate for seller success
  • Contribute ideas to improve tools processes and the seller experience

Requirements

Were looking for someone whos resourceful detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment. Youre not just good with peopleyou genuinely care.

  • Higher education in Business Administration or similar
  • 2 years in Customer Support Call Center or Marketplace Operations
  • Fluent in French and Spanish; upper-intermediate English required
  • Strong communicator with a naturally positive attitude
  • Problem-solver with exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Team player: open to feedback eager to share wins (and learn from misses)
  • Cool under pressure and laser-focused on quality
