About the Role:
As a Creative Lead you will be responsible for leading the creative team driving brand
storytelling and ensuring the seamless of visual content across all channels.
From digital campaigns and social media to performance marketing print and videos
you will own it all.
You will collaborate with marketing content and product teams to create high-impact
visual assets that drive brand awareness engagement and conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive the visual identity of Orange Health Labs across all platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and design strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors
& Delivery Across All Channels
- Oversee the design and of creatives for digital marketing performance
ads social media website email campaigns and of fine materials (print OOH etc..
- Work closely with teams across the organisation to develop campaigns that resonate
with our audience.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all creative outputs.
- Drive high-quality visual storytelling that enhances engagement and brand recall.
Video Content & New-Age Tools
- Hands-on expertise in video editing and creation using modern tools (CapCut Canva Premiere Pro or AI-based tools).
- Drive motion graphics and short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative technologies to push the brands creative edge.
Creative Performance & Optimization
- Work with marketing and content teams to optimize creatives for better performance.
- Use data and insights to iterate on designs and improve engagement.
- Maintain a fast agile and high-quality creative work ow.
- Improve creative delivery and efficiency
Skills we are looking for:
- Experience: 6 - 8 years in creative roles (design branding content marketing or advertising
- Marketing Brain: A deep understanding of how creatives drive business impact and marketing goals
- Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality designs and campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and video editing tools.
- Leadership: Experience in managing designers video editors and creative teams.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work with marketing content and product teams.
- Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
