Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tele calling outbound sales and CRM. This role requires a candidate with prior experience in the Edtech BPO Salon Bar or Hotel industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and telecalling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Manage and update CRM systems to track sales activities and leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in outbound sales and telecalling.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and customer data.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales experience in Edtech BPO Salon Bar or Hotel industries is highly preferred.
