About the Role
As a key member of our client experience team youll guide and support clients through their transformation journey — from onboarding to ongoing motivation. Youll be a warm consistent presence who helps people feel seen supported and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Provide support encouragement and check-ins as clients progress
- Respond to questions and resolve issues promptly and kindly
- Coordinate virtual events coaching sessions and webinars
- Share client insights with the team to improve our services
Youre a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in coaching client support education or personal development
- Are emotionally intelligent and an excellent communicator
