What Youll Do:
Own the Import Process Receive review and process import documents for seamless shipments.
Track & Trace Keep clients and sales teams updated with real-time shipment status.
Ensure Accuracy Process and distribute documentation with precision and efficiency.
Provide Smart Solutions Obtain competitive quotes and identify optimal transportation methods.
Coordinate Customs Work with brokers and carriers to handle clearances and inspections.
Build Client Relationships Communicate with overseas agents transportation agencies and sales teams.
Streamline & Optimize Identify cost-saving opportunities while maximizing revenue.
Prioritize Customer Satisfaction Maintain high service standards with professionalism.
Manage Billing Maintain shipment files and ensure accurate on-time billing.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 2-5 years in ocean import coordination.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) & internet research.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for accuracy.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to adapt and thrive in changing priorities.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

On-site Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
