Job Description

Spintly a leading player in the Access Control Industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager - Projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development with a focus on project-based sales in the Access Control domain. The role requires a professional based in the Delhi region who is enthusiastic about meeting potential prospects in person establishing strong relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue business opportunities in the Access Control industry.
o Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
o Foster relationships with System Integrators (SIs) Architects Builders and Consultants to promote Spintlys solutions.
Project Management:
o Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring successful delivery.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and meet client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
o Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase Spintlys products and services.
Market Research:
o Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market
developments.
o Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance Spintlys market position.
Travel:
o Willingness to travel within the Delhi region and occasionally beyond to meet with potential clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development preferably in the Access Control industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and closing projects.
Strong network with System Integrators (SIs) Architects Builders and Consultants. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-related activities.
