Pay:$21$29 per hour (DOE)
Shift:MondayThursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Job Overview
We are seeking an experiencedCNC Machinist Lathe and Millto join aclimate-controlled facilityin Tulsa. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery ensuring precision machining and troubleshooting operational or programming issues. Successful candidates must have a strong background in usingmicrometers calipers and other measuring toolsto verify specifications and maintain production quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a5-axis Mazak Integrexwith turning capability.
Run CNC programs usingEIA (GM code NOT Mazatrol).
Manage high-level machining tasks requiring precision across multiple axes.
Adjust offsets in multiple directions to ensure accurate machining.
Set up and operatetwo machines simultaneouslywhen required.
Secure parts fixtures and tools onto machines.
Read and interpretblueprints symbols and tolerancesto meet part specifications.
Use micrometers calipers and precision gauges to ensure accuracy.
Perform machine setup including:
Loading fixtures
Setting up and loading tools
Selecting and loading programs
Setting work coordinates
Adjusting offsets and verifying first-part accuracy
Identify and select correct materials for production.
Meet assigned run times and maintain production efficiency.
Job Requirements
Mustown or be willing to purchasethe minimum required set of tools and alocking toolbox.
Minimum ofone year of experienceoperating CNC Lathe Vertical Mill and Manual Lathe.
Proven and consistent work history in CNC machining.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in CNC operations.
Physical Requirements
Must be able tostand bend squat and climbfor 95 percent of the shift while operating machinery.
Ability tolift and move parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Use of lifting devices when possible though some parts may require manual handling due to confined workspaces.
