Location: Houston TX Pay Rate: Negotiable (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday standard daytime hours

Job Summary
All TEX is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering specifications. This role requires attention to detail mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills lathes or multi-axis equipment)
- Interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming is a plus
- Strong math and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
