Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM UK time (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Our client is looking for a confident results-driven B2B Sales Representative to sell CCTV and security products to trade customers across the UK. In this phone-based sales role you ll engage with professional installers distributors and integrators qualifying leads offering tailored solutions and closing deals. If you thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment and have excellent communication skills this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities
  • Make 100 outbound sales calls daily to pre-qualified trade professionals

  • Sell CCTV systems and related security products to installers and wholesalers in the UK

  • Present product solutions based on customer needs and highlight key features/benefits

  • Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing within 4 working hours

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools (e.g. Zoho One)

  • Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Identify new sales opportunities and build long-term client relationships

  • Collaborate with technical support for advanced product inquiries

  • Report on performance metrics call outcomes and customer feedback

  • Participate in regular team meetings and sales training sessions



Tools & Support Provided
  • Full product and sales training (including technical features and best practices)

  • CRM access via Zoho One for lead management

  • Pre-qualified leads and segmented prospect lists

  • Marketing support materials: spec sheets brochures pricing guides

  • Ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge

  • Dedicated technical support for complex questions



Performance Expectations
  • 100 outbound calls per day

  • Minimum of 2 closed sales per day

  • Accurate and timely CRM updates

  • Follow up on all warm leads within 4 working hours

  • 20 25 closed sales per month

  • Build and maintain a loyal satisfied customer base



Qualifications

Required:

  • Fluent clear spoken and written English

  • Proven experience in B2B phone-based sales or outbound telesales

  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • High resilience and persistence in high-volume or competitive sales environments

  • Confident phone presence with a professional approach

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

  • Availability during UK business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)


Preferred:
  • Experience selling to trade or technical professionals

  • Familiarity with CCTV/security products or electronics

  • Knowledge of UK trade market and buyer behavior

  • Experience in outbound sales with high call volumes
