Overview:
Were on the lookout for a results-driven International Sales Manager to help expand our global footprint. In this pivotal role you ll take the lead in driving substantial revenue growth across both emerging and established international markets for our line of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead strategic sales efforts to boost performance in current and new global markets
- Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in untapped regions
- Strengthen and grow relationships with existing international clients
- Create and implement strategies to meet ambitious global sales goals
- Continuously research international markets and analyze competitors to spot growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth market execution
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in international sales or business development preferably in the FMCG sector (personal care products)
- Proven success in market entry channel development and managing distributor relationships
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong drive for results
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- A strategic thinker who isn t afraid to roll up their sleeves
