Job Description
Client-Facing Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Represent technical decisions trade-offs and strategies clearly and confidently.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure engineering solutions align with business objectives.
Team Enablement & Delivery Oversight
- Lead teams using Spring Boot (Java) and ReactJS.
- Promote best practices in estimation design code reviews and delivery.
- Coach senior engineers resolve blockers and foster a positive team culture.
Estimation & Planning
- Lead estimation processes and communicate timelines to clients.
- Manage shifting priorities and identify viable technical trade-offs.
- Own and uphold technical quality across delivery teams.
Strategic Contribution
- Participate in roadmap and architecture planning with clients.
- Guide long-term decisions around scalability performance and system design.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 8 10 years in software engineering with 2 years in technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Java); familiarity with ReactJS is a plus.
- Experience working with offshore teams and international clients (especially US-based).
- Architectural experience and a desire to move into or grow within a leadership role are welcome.
- Clear and empathetic communicator who can simplify complex technical topics.
- Pragmatic solution-focused and delivery-oriented.
- Comfortable leading client conversations and collaborating across teams.
- High sense of ownership accountability and initiative.
