Requirements

Demand Generation Manager
We re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and optimize full-funnel strategies across our SaaS and staffing services. Ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced growth-focused environments.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline growthRun multi-channel campaigns (paid search social email ABM webinars).
Manage nurture flows marketing automation and funnel movement.
Align with Sales SDRs and Talent teams on MQLs lead scoring and handoffs
Analyze campaign ROI and conversion metrics (Salesforce Zoho etc.).
Collaborate on content strategy to ensure message consistency across the funnel.
Test growth loops retargeting and CRO tactics.
Segment audiences across SaaS (CTOs Product Heads) and Staffing (HR Hiring Managers).


Requirements:
5 8 years in B2B demand gen (SaaS staffing or IT services preferred).
Proficiency with HubSpot Zoho LinkedIn Ads Google Ads and analytics tools.
Strong grasp of buyer journeys intent data and nurturing flows.
Data-driven with excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiar with key SaaS metrics (CAC MQL SQL CLTV).
Experience in content marketing SEO SEM CRO and social media management.
Ability to track analyze and report marketing KPIs with actionable insights.
