We are a trusted provider of data center solutions and IT services. We are currently looking for a desktop support technician to join us. If you are an experienced technician seeking part-time work in equipment management and hands-on technical support wed like to hear from you.
We re looking for a hands-on reliable technician with a solid foundation in desktop support end-user troubleshooting and basic networking. You ll be the go-to for onsite and remote IT support solving real-world tech issues for business users and keeping systems running smoothly.
Whether it s patching cables in a rack imaging a laptop or helping a client get their VPN back online you ll bring calm confidence and technical know-how to every interaction.
Provide Level 1 2 onsite and remote support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS applications connectivity and hardware
Support LAN/WAN troubleshooting patching and basic switch/router tasks
Maintain user accounts hardware inventory and escalation logs
Deploy and set up desktops mobile devices and basic network gear
Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal teams
1 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (onsite or remote)
Confident with Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 basic networking (IP/DNS/DHCP)
Experience with ticketing systems and basic documentation
Comfortable working independently and interacting with clients
A genuine interest in tech and troubleshooting
Experience with remote support tools (e.g. AnyDesk Zoho Assist TeamViewer)
Exposure to Active Directory or basic scripting
Certifications like CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Fundamentals
