Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Representative to join our team in San Antonio. In this role you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams ensuring seamless communication outstanding service and long-term partnerships. You will play an essential role in maintaining client satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to support their needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Prepare and present reports updates and proposals to clients.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to support client growth.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of client communications and projects.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Marketing or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in client services account management or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
