Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized and courteous Front Office Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires a polished professional demeanor excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer screen and forward incoming calls
Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Support administrative staff with clerical duties as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a front desk representative receptionist or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask stay organized and handle confidential information with discretion
