We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage financial transactions maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and booking vouchers performing accounting processes balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and book vouchers in accordance with internal policies and IFRS standards.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Monitor project budgets billable hours and profitability.
- Work closely with project managers consultants and partners to ensure accurate and timely revenue and cost recognition.
- Assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial closings.
- Analyze variances in project financial performance and support forecasting efforts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits as needed.
- Support ad hoc financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across multiple business units and geographies
