As an Engineering Manager you will lead a team responsible for building the Brand Assistant UI (Brand UI) and all Brand Assistant backend services including Brand Document and Chat. You will ensure high performance career development and efficient delivery aligned with business objectives.
What Youll Do:
- Team Leadership: Manage and support the team providing feedback setting goals and fostering career growth.
- Performance Management: Maintain a motivated team delivering efficient and predictable outcomes.
- Agile Practices: Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the team adopts agile practices.
- Collaboration: Work with Product to specify requirements prioritize work and contribute to roadmaps
- Technical Ownership: Oversee design development quality assurance and operational readiness of the product component.
- Resource Alignment: Plan workloads communicate risks and resolve obstacles for efficient delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the team to stakeholders ensuring expectations are met and accurate reporting.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Recruit and onboard team members with the right skills and values.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required:
- 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- 1-2 years leading engineering teams.
- 5 years coaching and mentoring developers and QAs.
- Technical background in software development across the full SDLC.
- Expertise in .NET Java JS Microservices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum.
