You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a visionary and technically skilled AI Solutions Architect to join our Human Resources function and lead the development of intelligent agent-driven solutions that enhance workforce analytics planning and decision-making.
In this role you will design and deploy advanced HR intelligence systems using Microsoft Azure knowledge graphs and generative AI. Youll work alongside HR business leaders data analysts and IT teams to deliver AI-powered tools that provide strategic insights automate workforce reasoning and support key initiatives in areas like talent risk retention succession learning and compensation.

Responsibilities
Architect and implement agentic AI systems that analyze HR data and provide recommendations alerts and simulations across key domains (e.g. attrition skills compensation)
Model workforce relationships and patterns as a graph-based knowledge system using Microsoft Azure
Integrate Azure OpenAI (GPT-4) with HR data models to build reasoning agents that surface insights or simulate HR scenarios
Build agent workflows using Azure Functions Logic Apps or LangGraph (via containerized pipelines)
Collaborate with HRBPs talent analytics L&D and rewards teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation
Create manager- and HR-facing dashboards (Power BI) to expose recommendations in a transparent explainable way
Ensure data privacy security and compliance in handling sensitive employee data
Keep pace with innovations in AI agents and workforce analytics and bring them into action
Qualifications :
3 years in data/AI engineering solutions architecture or enterprise automation
Prior experience building systems that support HR People Analytics or Talent organizations
Exposure to LLMs in production (GPT-3.5 GPT-4 Claude etc.)
Technical Expertise
Microsoft Azure expertise across:
Azure OpenAI (ChatGPT GPT-4)
Azure Functions or Durable Functions
Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin or SQL)
Azure Data Factory Synapse Pipelines or Dataverse
Strong Python development skills (LLMs orchestration APIs automation)
Experience working with knowledge graphs and query languages (Gremlin Cypher SPARQL)
Familiar with LangGraph LangChain or other multi-agent coordination tools
HR Context & Business Alignment
Clear understanding of key HR processes and data domains (e.g. absences performance compensation learning mobility)
Experience building or supporting systems that serve HR people analytics or workforce planning teams
Comfortable collaborating with HRBPs COEs and functional leads to understand goals and co-design intelligent tooling
Ability to translate HR strategy into AI-driven solutions
Innovation Delivery
Passion for building agentic and proactive systems not just dashboards
Experience delivering usable explainable intelligence for business stakeholders
Bias toward experimentation fast iteration and strategic scale
