WorkWave is a company with a portfolio of professional field service management products providing SaaS solutions for businesses in the service industry (HVAC Plumbing & Electrical Cleaning Lawn & Landscape Home Delivery Logistics & Distribution). We empower these businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow their customer base on our efficient and easy-to-use platform.
The WorkWave Team is looking for an innovative Business Systems Analyst who wants to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals. Our teams are a mix of technologists product managers development engineers and UI/UX designers all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team helping to develop & support the WorkWave products.
Qualifications :
- 3 years hands-on experience working in a Field Service Management (FSM) related industry or similar domain along with thorough knowledge of working with different Enterprise Business Applications.
- An academic background with a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources Business or Information Technology.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams colleagues customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving ability analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- The ability to efficiently engage with key stakeholders while contributing to activities related to product/solution management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a Global team setting.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with design project management and productivity software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Mobile Technologies is a strong plus.
