About the Role:
As an Associate Principal you will lead multidisciplinary project teams manage client relationships and drive business growth. Youll contribute to both the technical excellence and operational success of projects across transportation water/wastewater land development and urban infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a client liaison and lead major civil infrastructure projects from conception to completion.

Oversee technical execution project budgets timelines and quality standards.

Mentor project managers and junior engineers fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Contribute to strategic planning business development and proposal preparation.

Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

10 years of progressively responsible experience in engineering or consulting.

California Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Proven track record managing complex infrastructure projects and leading teams.
