Job Description
Job Title: Visual Designer / Creative Specialist

Village Capital is a well-established mortgage company committed to delivering a quick efficient and quality mortgage loan process to our customers and business partners. We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA VA USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer who works with loan originators brokers and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print creative assets including email templates social media posts ads landing pages brochures and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with content marketers to translate messaging into impactful visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines in all designs.
- Produce graphics for video content webinars and events as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Provide creative support for B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.
- Work with external vendors and freelancers for large or specialized creative projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and Figma or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with digital and print design in a brand-consistent style.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
- Prior mortgage experience preferred.
