How this role supports our work
Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Advisor to join our dynamic brand and creative content team. In this role youll be a key support to ensure the team runs smoothly through project coordination keeping key processes on track and maintaining brand consistency. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager youll be working with stakeholders to ensure that briefs are clear and complete monitoring resource and timings to ensure adequate allocation to projects and monitoring internal channels to support brand requests across the organisation.
Youll work closely with our Multimedia Producer to maintain our Content Hub which supports both internal and external audiences.
This is a hands-on experience in a creative environment with purpose helping to ensure the delivery of meaningful on-brand content.
What you will do day to day
- Review incoming briefs from the MarComms team to ensure theyre clear complete and strategically aligned.
- Assist in managing the teams workload in Jira supporting the Senior Manager - Brand and Creative with resource allocation and ensuring deadlines are visible and achievable.
- Help ensure brand consistency across the organisation by reviewing incoming requests offering guidance to ensure content is on brand and following the Emblem Use Approval process.
- Help establish and maintain a new internal portal for ordering branded uniforms and materials making the process simple streamlined and accessible for staff.
- Support the Multimedia Producer in the uploading and tagging of content to ensure assets are up to date easy to find and properly categorised.
- Support the team in upholding brand standards across all touchpoints from proofreading to visual consistency checks.

- Proven ability and success as a Creative writer and thinker with a strong eye for detail
- A team-player mentality with sound analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute briefs and projects against timelines to meet commitments
- Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive in a face-paced high-pressure environment balancing multiple projects simultaneously and working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under general direction from senior employees exercise a degree of autonomy and work with and support teams and people from diverse backgrounds to create a collaborative working environment.
