Summary: Are you a proactive problem solver with a knack for keeping projects on track As a Project Manager youll be the critical link between incoming customer orders and seamless execution. Youll manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely responses and smooth operations. In this role youll also contribute to continuous improvement projects that align company goals with customer expectations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Process and acknowledge incoming orders promptlysame-day action required.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.
- Create contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances affecting in-house orders.
- Serve as the communication hub between customers team members and leadership.
- Provide regular project progress updates to customers and proactively address risks.
- Manage customer-driven changes while maintaining project integrity.
- Lead teams through transitions and adjustments ensuring consistent progress.
- Troubleshoot project-related challenges with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Make informed decisions based on data analysis and team input advocating for the projects best interests.
- Conduct post-project evaluations identifying areas for future improvement.
- Collaborate closely with RSMs to ensure customer satisfaction on a job-to-job basis.
- Stay informed about current and new product offerings.
- Develop a foundational understanding of basic HVAC applications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Preferred: - Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Safety & Physical Requirements: - Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work on ladders or step stools
- Requires bending stooping and standing.
- Good visual and spatial perception.
- Follow established safety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM first-aid response etc.
