Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager in a busy dealership environment.
Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus.

Expertise in warranty compliance DMS and service department operational reporting
Lead coach and grow a team of advisors technicians and support staff.
Oversee daily operations of a fast-paced customer-centric service department.

Drive customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service experiences.
Ensure compliance withLincoln standards and dealership policies.
