Job Description
The Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Must be a driven sales professional effective at cold-calling and prospecting.
- Hunter mentality with a large emphasis on obtaining new business.
- Must have great time management skills and able to multitask and work well under stress.
- Able to consistently meet and/or exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrates administrative abilities in managing accounts and service needs.
- Willing to take extra steps and/or time necessary to ensure follow-through on details.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude at work and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Demonstrates ability to manage a diverse high-volume book of business with an emphasis on customer relations and client retention.
- Comfortable maintaining high customer satisfaction and growing new and preexisting industry relationships.
- Must be professional punctual and team-oriented.
- This role is a remote position reporting to Seattle serving Eastern Washington territories.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven sales/profitability track record
- 5 years in the produce/food industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Technical Capacity
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (does not include marijuana)
- Must be willing to sign an arbitration agreement
- Clean motor vehicle report
