We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse dedicated people to join Alcon. We are looking for a Sr. Customer Care Advocate I to join our Customer Service team in Fort Worth TX. As a Sr. Customer Care Advocate I you are responsible for establishing exceptional Customer Service that includes post-sale technical and/or non-technical customer service support across multiple sub-families for the business.

In this role a typical day will include:

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to Alcon Customers Consumers Sales Force and Internal Alcon Departments by managing purchase orders corrective transactions product management activities and other transactions and inquiries

  • Support Alcons Digital Transformation by embracing and promoting change through digital product adoption with Alcon Customers and Sales Force

  • Transform Alcon Customer Service and our future ways of working through the adoption and administration of our strategic campaign initiatives.

  • Advocate for an effortless customer experience by ensuring first contact resolution is established with customer interactions

  • Partner effectively within a highly dynamic and ever-evolving team ecosystem.

  • Adapt swiftly and respond effectively to evolving processes and procedures by incorporating new product line knowledge and professionally working in the grey to manage sensitive occurrences

  • Contribute and help define relevant functional and cross-functional processes: including handoffs and ownerships

  • Cultivate proposals for continuous improvement through active engagement and creation of system enhancements

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

  • 3 years of Relevant Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

  • Work hours: Varied on-site and in office daytime hours Monday-Friday

  • Travel Requirements: N/A

  • Relocation assistance: No

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within large enterprise settings

  • General technical and analytical competencies

  • Higher Education Experience Preferred i.e. university college technical and vocational school
