This role will require 30% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

The Medical Surgical Remote Sales team sells products remotely & retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations in this position reports directly to the Senior Director of Medical Surgical Remote Sales.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Establish & develop a strong winning culture with your Direct Reports and Internal Stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed performance revenue and overall quota per Operating Unit measurables
  • Lead and develop team of Sales Representatives to ensure performance revenue and quotas are met and exceeded
  • Drive innovation collaboration and adoption of the Remote Sales process
  • Select review and monitor performance of sales team within assigned territories and districts
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership on strategic initiatives and execution
  • Innovate and implement new ways for a dynamic sales approach in a Remote Sales Channel
  • Develop your team: Create an Individual Development Plan for Direct Reports.
  • Identify and coach for performance improvement. Provide a consistent approach for Performance Improvement Plans to those Account Managers that are not meeting performance or behavior expectations.
  • Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls data analysis customer opportunities and sales rep follow-up.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):90000 - 105000

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
